Give us a call if you need help selecting the right gear for yourself before your purchase. We have a staff of knowledgeable gear experts ready to assist.
Any unused items may be returned for “In Store Credit Only” if the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags still attached. Any damaged or mistreated product will be void of any return amount. Foothills Ski Life, LLC is not responsible for return shipping charges.
We do not require a Return Authorization for products purchased through our website. In the event that we are unable to accept a return, we will make arrangements to send the product back to you.
Items that are returned after the fourteen (14) day window will have a 15% Restocking Fee which is Non Negotiable.

Please follow the steps below for faster exchange or refund and keep in mind it may take up to 5 days after receipt of product for your exchange or refund to be processed.
1. Include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
2. Include a name and contact number to reach you.
3. We can only accept return items that are in new and unused condition.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. Items must be returned with all of the original tags still attached
6. Indicate your preference of refund or exchange. If exchanging, please verify on the website that the item is shown as in stock then let us know what size and/or color you would like.

Foothills Ski Life follows the warranty policies and guidelines for each individual manufacturer. The manufacturer will be responsible for all warranty decisions. We are happy to help set up the warranty, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
